A: Non-prescription item in stock such as accessories, clear lens glasses, sunglasses etc. are usually sent within 1 business day.
Prescription item are usually sent within 10 business days. Often sooner.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Melbourne Australia, currently only operating online only but our physical store is opening soon in Melbourne. All orders including prescription lenses are processed in our laboratory locally.
Q: How long would it take to receive my order?
A: Non-prescription item are usually shipped next business day.
Prescription glasses require lens cutting will take a little longer, process will start next business day in Melbourne and usually ready to be shipped within a week.
Delivery are through Australia post. Deliveries to capital city metropolitan area will usually take around 2-5 business day.
Q: Can I return any products if I change my mind or they don't fit well?
A: We can offer store credit if you decided to return non-prescription item in brand new unused condition within 14 days. Please send it back to us with registered post for tracking purpose.
Prescription glasses are made to order, and usually can not be refunded if you've entered the wrong details.
